Your New Rank Has Put On your Shoulders Greater Responsibility, Commitment, Loyalty -Compt.Olu Adebisi

The newly promoted Officers at the Federal Capital Territory FCT Customs Command,has been told to brace up to the new challenges their promotion brings.
The Customs Area Controller, Comptroller Olu Adebisi, gave this admonition to the promoted Officers, stressing that their new rank has placed on them greater responsibility, commitment and loyalty,Which are virtues they should imbibe to make a mark in the Service.
According to a statement by Jude Tavershima Ansha, Deputy Superintendent of Customs,and Public Relations officer of the command ,the Administrative Complex of FCT Area Command, yesterday, 11 January 2024, was filled with joy and celebration as the newly promoted Officers were decorated and celebrated by their families, colleagues,and friends.
Part of the statement reads,”The Customs Area Controller, Comptroller Olu Adebisi, during the ceremony, congratulated the newly promoted officers and stated that promotion is a big deal because it comes from God.
“He appreciated the Comptroller General of Customs, Bashir Adeniyi MFR dsm fnipr psc(+) and the Customs Board for finding the promoted officers worthy of promotion.
“He charged the officers to redouble their efforts and see their promotion as a call to higher responsibility.
“He further stated: ‘’ New Rank comes with new Responsibilities, New commitments and New Loyalty” he said.
“At the occasion, 3 Chief Superintendent of Customs (CSCs), 3 Superintendent of Customs (SCs), 4 Deputy Superintendent of Customs (DSCs), 1 Assistant Superintendent of Customs I (ASCs I ), 4 Assistant Superintendent of Customs II (ASCs II) and 3 Inspector Of Customs (IC) were decorated with their new ranks.
“FCT Area Command is privileged and blessed with the promotion of 2 Comptroller of Customs, 4 Assistant Comptrollers, 3 Chiefs Superintendent of Customs, among others”.
