The Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM) has ordained 5,000 ministers into full pastoral service during its 2025 Global Ministers’ Conference, held at the Prayer City, Km 12, Lagos–Ibadan Expressway, Ogun State. The three-day conference, which ran from Friday, August 15 to Sunday, August 17, had as its theme: “The Message, the Messenger, and the Power.”
Among the ordinands was Town Planner (TPL) Ajose Victoria Taiwo, FNITP, FCAI, the immediate past chairperson of the Association of Women Town Planners, Lagos State Chapter. Known both in her professional career and spiritual walk as a committed Christian, Ajose has been described by peers as a model of integrity, humility, and Christ-like character. Also ordained are Pastors Aderemi Adegoke, and Pastor Toluwalase omoyele
Delivering his sermon at the ordination service, MFM’s General Overseer, Dr. Daniel Kolawole Olukoya, drew his message from 2 Samuel 19:10 and 2 Samuel 1:21, stressing the importance of spiritual mentorship and divine approval in ministry. He warned against rebellion and self-appointment, noting that “many parade themselves as pastors and general overseers, seeking fame and money, but end up leading souls to destruction.”
Dr. Olukoya charged the new pastors to embrace holiness, humility, integrity, and loyalty, declaring:
“You can be ordained by men or even by the devil, but when God ordains you, He backs you with joy and authority. Ministers must be shepherds of God’s flock, not scavengers.”
Speaking with journalists after her ordination, Pastor (Mrs) Ajose Victoria expressed joy at being counted worthy of the calling:

“I am delighted to be among those ordained by our father in the Lord, Dr. Olukoya. This is only the second ordination since the inception of MFM—the first was in 2009. I believe my ordination today is by God because I have been a committed member, serving in the Search the Scriptures, Discipleship, and Welfare departments at Prayer City Region. I see this as a call to win souls and to remain a true ambassador of Christ.”
Ajose, who rose from a Muslim background to embrace Christianity, described the ordination as a personal testimony of God’s grace. She noted that her professional career as a civil servant and town planner has always reflected her Christian values, with colleagues affirming her Christ-like leadership style.
Also present at the ceremony was Pastor (Mrs) Olubunmi, wife of one of the Prayer City region coordinators, who appreciated God’s faithfulness in the ministry and highlighted ongoing women’s empowerment initiatives under her leadership.
The 2025 ordination, being only the second in MFM’s history, marks a significant milestone for the ministry, as thousands of newly ordained pastors are now commissioned to spread the gospel across Nigeria and beyond.
