NAGAFF Inaugurates Silver Jubilee Anniversary , N500 Million Secretariat Acquisition Committee

The National Association of Government Approved Freight Forwarders (NAGAFF) is set to mark a significant milestone in its history with the inauguration of the Silver Jubilee Anniversary and the N500 Million Permanent Secretariat Acquisition Committee. This event underscores the association’s commitment to growth and development within the freight forwarding industry.
The inauguration ceremony is scheduled to take place on Thursday, 12th September 2024, at 2 PM at the NAGAFF Headquarters, located at 2A Maybin Road, Apapa, Lagos. The event will bring together all NAGAFF members and National Executive Council (NEC) members, whose attendance and participation are deemed crucial for the success of the planning process.
In a memo issued by the National Secretary, FWDR. Igwe Kingsley O (MILT), the association emphasized the importance of meticulous planning and dedication to ensure a memorable celebration of its 25th anniversary. The memo also highlighted the need for members to come prepared with ideas and suggestions to contribute to the event’s success.
High Chief Tochukwu Ezisi, the National President of NAGAFF, expressed his confidence in the committee’s ability to deliver a grand celebration that reflects the association’s achievements and future aspirations.
Founded in 1999 by Dr. Boniface Okechukwu Aniebonam, NAGAFF has grown to become a pivotal organization in Nigeria’s freight forwarding sector. The upcoming Silver Jubilee Anniversary not only celebrates 25 years of service but also marks the beginning of a new chapter with the acquisition of a permanent secretariat.
