In a stirring keynote address by Professor Amb.Onyeka javibo Ojigbo Phd,at a prestigious digital conference, / Awards Ceremony at Global Multiconcept Business School,GMBS,in Lagos,on Friday,22 March ,2024,industry leaders and innovators were challenged to confront the accelerating pace of technological change and to harness its potential for growth and progress.
Against the backdrop of a rapidly evolving digital landscape, the theme “Embracing Digital Transformation” resonated as a clarion call to action, urging stakeholders to adapt, innovate, and lead in the digital age.

Professor,Amb (Dr.) Onyeka Javibo-Ojigbo ijp,an Associate Professor of Education Management; understands the profound impact of technology on every facet of contemporary life, emphasizing the transformative power of advancements such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, big data, and augmented reality. However, amidst the promise of boundless possibilities, the revered professor of Education Management,noted that a sobering reality emerged: with opportunity comes challenge, and navigating the complexities of digital transformation demands both enthusiasm and vigilance.

At the heart of the discourse was the recognition that digital transformation is not a mere trend but a fundamental imperative for survival and success in today’s competitive landscape. “Businesses that fail to embrace this paradigm shift risk obsolescence, as consumers increasingly demand seamless digital experiences and personalized interactions”.she asserted ,adding that to thrive in this environment, organizations must be willing to reimagine traditional models, adopt disruptive technologies, and prioritize digital-first strategies.
Yet, digital transformation extends beyond technology—it is a multifaceted endeavor that necessitates cultural, organizational, and societal change. Leadership, vision, and a commitment to innovation are paramount, as are efforts to empower employees, cultivate a culture of continuous learning, and champion ethical practices. “Moreover, in an era marked by unprecedented connectivity, stakeholders must remain mindful of the ethical and societal implications of their actions, striving to ensure that technology serves the collective good while safeguarding privacy, security, and inclusivity” she affirmed.

As delegates convened to explore the possibilities of digital transformation, they were urged to seize the moment, harnessing technology as a catalyst for positive change and progress. Together, they embraced the challenge of navigating the complexities of the digital age with courage, creativity, and conviction, recognizing that the future belongs to those who dare to embrace innovation and chart a bold course forward.
High point of the event was the conferrment of Honorary Doctor of Excellence award to about eleven receipoents
Speaking to Premium News Daily at the end of the ceremony, Professor Onyeka noted that the objective of the award of Honorary Doctor of Excellence to recipients was to encourage industry,hard work, selflessness and commitment to impacting lives at various levels of society.

She said the recipients are mindful of the enormous task that their new position confers on them,adding that steps have been taken by the Institute to monitor and measure their progress and output ,as they are expected further their learning through research programmes.
Amb.(Dr);Onyeka Javibo-Ojigbo,is an Associate Professor of Education Management; she holds a doctorate degree in Strategic School and Education Management; Master of Business Administration; . Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication; and a Degree in Administration. She is a Top Senior Strategic Manager, Certified Human Resources Personnel and a Fellow of Institute of Strategic Management, Fellow Chartered Institute of Educational Management, USA (CIEMA). Fellow Institute of Information and Data Management Africa (IIMA); Fellow Institue of Management Consultants( ICMC); Fellow Institute of Strategic Management; National Trustee Nigeria Association of Women Entrepreneur (NAWE); Trustee Havillah Foundation( A non profit widow’s empowerment initiative) Director of Forever Gracias (A non profit empowering youths); Fellow Association of Educational Managers and Leaders.
She is a Director in Global Multiconcept Business School


She founded International Educational Management Network (IEDUMAN an education advocacy network and Community Academy initiative) She is the convener of EDUSKILLS FAIR NIGERIA ( Advocating and encouraging skills and vocational development in Nigeria)

She is also a Global Diplomat an Eminent United Nations Peace Ambassador, and International Justice of Peace (iJP) – Awarded her by the International Association of World Peace Advocates where she’s a member.

DR Onyeka Jaivbo-Ojigbo holds the traditional title of ADA MAZI of Arochukwu in Abia State. A title given to women who are great Ambassadors of their community.

She is also Yeyetunwase of Sorobi Community in Egba Land. A title given her in recognition of her discipline and integrity based leadership.

DR Onyeka Jaivbo-Ojigbo is currently providing strategic directions for Nemvas Group ( an educational Consultancy firm) and Edu Labs Global Resource Limited (An Educational Resource Centre); Her organization holds the Master Franchise of ABacus D Maths Academy Nigeria.

She is also a grounded Minister of God serving in different ministries. She is the Co-Founder Christ Evangelical Mission an outreach teaching people to know God personally and serve humanity and Nemvas Foundation ( giving scholarships to indigent people).
She is blessed with wonderful family and loyal support network of people constantly showing love and care.
