In the radiant glow of faith and festivity, the members of Christ in Me International Church(aka Arena of Passion and Kindness) located in Obadore,in Alimosho Local Government Area of Lagos State,gathered to honor their beloved General Overseer, Prophet Michael Ogologondu, fondly called PROVOVO,by his members,on his special day.
The church hall was alive with jubilant choruses, laughter, and the vibrant energy of a community united in celebration. It was not merely a birthday—it was a symphony of gratitude, a testament to a life devoted to God, and an outpouring of love from a congregation inspired by his unwavering leadership.

The man of the moment, resplendent in his characteristic humility, shared his joy: “I feel so happy. Very, very happy. I am very, very happy,” he said, his words echoing with genuine contentment. For Prophet Ogologondu, the essence of the day went beyond candles and cakes; it was a reflection of divine grace and the indelible marks of purpose fulfilled.
In a candid conversation, the prophet reflected on his pastoral journey—a path paved not by human wisdom but by divine guidance. “We are doing everything by the grace of God,” he said. “God is helping us. We are not doing anything with our own knowledge or power. He helps us to make what is impossible, possible by His grace.”

Indeed, this grace is evident in the growth and impact of Christ in Me International Church, a beacon of light in challenging times. When asked what his life might have been like outside the ministry, the prophet revealed his alternate calling: “If I were not a pastor, I would have been a great musician that all the world would know. I come to this earth to give people joy.” His words painted an image of a soul destined to inspire, whether through the pulpit or melodies.

A Message to the World
As the world wrestles with wars, natural disasters, and uncertainties, Prophet Ogologondu delivered a poignant message. He called upon mothers to instill in their children the practice of remaining in God’s presence. “If you are always in the presence of God, you will be humble. Pride will not let you have calamities that the world is having,” he said. His sermon, “Rebuilding the Temple,”taken from the Book of Ezra Chapter 1 verses 1-3, underscored the importance of nurturing one’s body and soul as a dwelling place for God’s spirit—a theme woven seamlessly into the celebration.

A Family’s Support
Adding a personal touch to the day, the prophet’s adorable wife , Pastor Uju Ogologondu,fondly called “Classic Mama” by the congregation, because of her composure , elegance and carriage,and often referred to as the mother of the church, spoke about her dual roles. “It is a mandate that God gave to me as a wife, as a mother, to handle and put things in order,” she shared, her words resonating with strength and commitment. Her heartfelt wish for her husband encapsulated the spirit of the occasion: “At the end of it all, that he will make it on the last day and live long to fulfill his purpose.”

Bishop Kenneth Chukwu,elder brother of the prophet’s wife,in an interview with Premium News Daily PND,had this to say of prophet Ogologondu,
“The prophet is a man of integrity. His yes is his yes and his no is his no. God has been using him so marvelously.
There’s nothing he says that did not come to pass. And that’s why his members call him “PROVOVO”, because of the accuracy of his prophecies.We have been seeing him prophesying for years now. And everything he has said came to pass.

Everybody can testify to it. Whatever he tells you today, if you ignore it, you do so at your own risk, because it must surely come to pass.I have no doubt , he is a man of truth,and a true prophet of God”.
The celebration itself was a kaleidoscope of joy—filled with music, dance, and side attractions that kept everyone enthralled. From heartfelt prayers to uplifting performances, the day was a living poem, a testament to the vibrancy of faith and community. The air was electric with gratitude, the kind that transforms ordinary moments into extraordinary memories.
