Commemoration Of Int.Day Against Drug Abuse: Compt.Olomu Collaborates With NDLEA ,Others In Awareness Walk

The Customs Area Controller(CAC),Apapa Customs Command,
Comptroller Babatunde Olomu PhD fsi, today , Tuesday,25 June,made collaborations with sister agencies, a notch higher by participating in the Walk Against Drugs, in Commemoration of 2024 International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Drug Trafficking.

Chief Superintendent of Customs,and Public Relations officer of the command ,in a statement noted that the CAC joined the Commander NDLEA, Apapa Special Area Command, and other government agencies in the port to bring awareness on the dangers inherent in drug abuse.

According to the statement,the Customs boss noted that such collaboration between sister agencies of government is crucial for intelligence sharing and ensuring public safety.

He further noted that by working together, security agencies can achieve greater success and better protect their communities than they could alone.
