Executive Chairman of the Council , Honourable Idowu Adejumoke Sebanjo disclosed today ,during a meeting with the Leadership of the Nigerian Ports Consultative Council( NPCC) at the conference room of the Local Government The commissioning ceremony which is scheduled for 10 .am tomorrow is expected to be performed by the Managing Director of the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA), Mr Mohammed Bello- Koko Apapa local government regarded by many as the most lucrative local government not only in Nigeria,but in West Africa, according to the Executive Chairman of the LGA,is lacking in so many things including access to good drinking water amongst others,despite the plethora of businesses in the local government. Apapa is home to the Nigerian Ports,Authority, NIMASA Nigerian Shippers’ Council and so many private companies and organisations,yet the local government according to the its Chairman,wallow in lack and depravity.
